Our therapists are trained in multiple massage techniques and styles and prefer to incorporate all of their skills into your massage. So, all you have to choose is which method and how long you would like your massage session to be.

The Thai Massage is also called Thai Yoga Massage, very interactive yet deeply relaxing, lots of stretching techniques applied by your therapist's hands, elbows, knees and feet. Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in. 60 or 90 minutes
Ashiatsu, also called Oriental Bar Massage, deep tissue and compression strokes designed to move a lot of fluid. 30, 60 or 90 minutes
